TL Creative successfully managed event production for the 2024 Gyeonggi Sea Drone Festival at Bangameori Beach, Ansan. A large-scale event showcasing our expertise.
From August 16 to August 18, 2024, the '2024 Cultural Seasons Summer Gyeonggi Sea Drone Festival' was held at Bangameori Beach, 148 Haeyang-ro, Danwon-gu, Ansan, Gyeonggi-do. Running daily from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the festival attracted around 65,000 visitors over three days. The event featured a 1,600-drone light show inspired by West Coast sunsets and local landmarks, captivating audiences with spectacular sights.
The on-site program also included a variety of cultural performances such as musicals, jazz, band collaborations, and violin ensembles, ensuring visitors could enjoy vibrant summer evenings throughout the festival.
TL Creative was responsible for the overall event operation. Our scope included staff recruitment, security management and positioning, stage and talent coordination, safety control, guest and VIP support, as well as traffic and parking logistics.
