Discover how TL Creative successfully handled local installation and event production for the 2023 NAMDO Film Festival in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do.
From October 11 to 16, 2023, the first season of the NAMDO Film Festival was held throughout Suncheon, Jeollanam-do, at venues such as Ocheon Green Square, Jorye Lake Park, Garden Stay Shillange, and CGV Suncheon. Co-hosted by Jeollanam-do and Suncheon City, and themed 'NAMDO EVERYTHING', this local film festival explored the region’s ecology, arts, cuisine, and history through cinema.
During the festival, 97 films from 25 countries were screened, with over 40 guest talks, masterclasses, performances, and exhibitions. Approximately 20,000 visitors attended, with each program managed individually according to a set schedule.
TL Creative managed on-site installation and event production for this event. Our scope included staging and equipment setup at each program venue, deployment of local staff for efficient operations, on-site guidance, and safety management throughout the festival.
