From December 13 to December 20, 2024, a pop-up event celebrating the launch of the FREDERIC MALLE and ACNE STUDIOS collaboration fragrance, 'Acne Studios par Frederic Malle,' took place at the B1F event hall of Lotte Department Store's main branch.

Visitors could sample a variety of Frederic Malle fragrances, including the latest release, and the event received highly positive feedback. Knowledgeable docents and sales staff offered attentive service throughout. Specifically, multilingual staff—fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese—were available, ensuring accurate docent services for international visitors.

The pop-up event ran from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily, with extended hours until 8:30 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
